Born on May 4, 1992, in Austin, Texas, and raised in Boerne, Texas, the fresh-faced Grace Phipps attended Robert E. Lee High School’s North East School of the Arts, where she studied musical theater and graduated summa cum laude. Shortly after graduation, Grace headed to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her dreams.
